Job Description
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for training motivating and driving a high-performing marketing team Capital Vacations is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and grow our marketing operations in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop a team of marketing agents to drive performance and achieve goals
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations including training and onboarding new team members
- Set and track team performance metrics ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met
- Actively engage in personal production to lead by example
- Implement strategies to increase tour flow and maximize lead generation
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in in-house marketing
- Strong ability to coach train and inspire a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of success in marketing and sales
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
