As an Organisational Development Specialist you will contribute to transformational efforts by supporting the design and implementation of organisational structures role redesign and job architecture frameworks. Reporting to the Organisational Development Leader you will play a crucial part in aligning career development programmes with organisational goals and ensuring the relevance of competency and skills frameworks.

Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to promote a positive organisational culture support succession planning and enhance diversity equity and inclusion strategies. Through these efforts you will help equip employees with the resources and support they need to succeed and thrive in their careers fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing organisational structures to enhance efficiency and align with strategic goals including conducting research for data-driven recommendations.
  • Support restructuring efforts and redesign of roles to align with organisational changes gathering necessary data and feedback.
  • Aid in developing and maintaining a job architecture framework ensuring roles responsibilities and career paths are clearly defined and up-to-date.
  • Support the establishment and updating of core competencies and skills frameworks and collaborate with teams to integrate these into recruitment and development processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to ensure competency and skill frameworks remain relevant and updated.
  • Assist in aligning career development programmes with organisational goals and employee aspirations providing logistical support for initiatives.
  • Facilitate resources for career counselling and internal mobility and help coordinate career development workshops and seminars.
  • Support succession planning efforts maintaining databases and tracking the progress of potential candidates for key roles.
  • Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies providing resources to employees during transitions.
  • Contribute to promoting and enhancing organisational culture helping to develop programmes that boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of diversity equity and inclusion strategies collecting and analysing data to assess their effectiveness.
  • Assist in creating and promoting employee well-being programmes coordinating initiatives that address mental health and work-life balance.


The skills we would like to see in your suitcase:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organisational development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a strategic role within organisational development or a related field.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR Prosci or Kotter and experience in applying these frameworks in organisational settings.
  • Strong background in career development and talent mobility strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to use data and insights to measure impact inform decisions and drive continuous improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence organisational change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with experience in adapting programmes to accommodate different regional and cultural contexts.
  • A genuine passion for helping employees grow develop and embrace transformational initiatives within the organisation.
