You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are hiring for the role of Agency Manager to lead and grow the business through an effective agency model. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting training and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Recruit develop and activate life/general insurance advisors
Achieve sales targets through advisor-driven business
Conduct regular training and motivate the team to improve productivity
Drive business through field sales client visits and relationship building
Monitor performance and provide ongoing support to advisors
Ensure proper compliance and documentation of sales
Minimum 1 year of sales or field experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Experience in agency or channel recruitment is a plus
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Good communication and customer-handling ability
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Local candidates with area knowledge preferred
