Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist to lead our compensation strategy and manage employee benefits programs. This role will ensure our compensation practices are competitive equitable and aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy:
- Develop and implement compensation policies and programs.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Analyse job descriptions and salary data to create equitable pay structures.
- Benefits Management:
- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize benefits offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to benefits.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on compensation trends and program effectiveness.
- Employee Communication:
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs.
- Serve as a resource for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR leadership to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall HR goals.
- Collaborate with finance to budget for compensation and benefits expenditures.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation analysis benefits administration and labor market trends.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
