Tasks
- Accurately enter and manage data related to landscaping projects clients and services into the companys database systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client and company information while handling data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate data updates and ensure consistency across all records.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on the entered data to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks while adhering to company standards for quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
