Job Description
JOB TITLE: Entry-Level Electronics Test Technicians
LOCATION: Manassas VA
PAY RATE: Up to $18/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: 1st Shift 4/10 Schedule (Monday Thursday)

Availability: Must be open to occasional overtime on Fridays and Saturdays

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Assemble and populate electronic subassemblies
-
Route cables; perform continuity and resistance checks
-
Conduct pressure Hi-Pot and impedance tests
-
Prepare units for delivery and assist with inspections
-
Follow engineering drawings electronic work instructions and verbal guidance
-
Operate torque wrenches hand tools and test stations
-
Handle compounds/chemicals such as epoxy isopropyl alcohol acetone and other cleaning agents (used safely with PPE)
-
Maintain accurate records (time tracking safety training)
-
Use ESD protection and safety PPE (glasses grounding equipment)
-
Adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards
-
Navigate work instructions and schedules via computer
-
Log discrepancies and production updates
-
Communicate via email with peers and supervisors
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Comfortable working with a variety of compounds and solutions (e.g. epoxies isopropyl alcohol acetone)
-
Basic computer skills: ability to send emails log issues and access work instructions
