Job Description
We seek a passionate trainer to deliver cutting-edge technical training in Networking (Cisco) Microsoft Azure and VMware virtualization. The role demands expertise in hands-on labs LMS management and customized curriculum design for corporate clients..
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery & Facilitation:
-
Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual sessions on:
-
Networking: Cisco CCNA/CCNP TCP/IP Routing & Switching SD-WAN.
-
Azure: AZ-900/104/305 (Admin Architect) DevOps Security.
-
VMware: vSphere vCenter NSX Hybrid Cloud.
-
Conduct practical labs simulations and capstone projects to reinforce learning.
-
Adapt training styles for diverse audiences (beginners to professionals).
2. Technical Leadership & Support:
-
Mentor trainees on real-world scenarios troubleshooting and certification pathways.
-
Resolve technical queries related to Azure deployments VMware configurations or network setups.

Share industry trends (e.g. multi-cloud AI integration zero-trust networking).
3. Curriculum Development & LMS Management:
-
Design/update courseware: Slides lab manuals case studies and video demos.

Align materials with Cisco Microsoft and VMware.
-
Customize content for corporate clients
-
Administer LMS platform for tracking progress and feedback.
4. Performance Evaluation:
-
Assess trainees via mock exams lab challenges and peer reviews.
-
Provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
-
Mandatory:
-
5 years experience in delivering technical training (corporate or academia).

Expertise on Azure IaaS/PaaS VMware vSphere and network protocols.

Preferred:
-
Experience with LMS platforms and Strong presentation skills (virtual/webinar experience).
