We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing engaging and compelling content for social media platforms within the IT industry. The Content Writer will play a crucial role in developing content strategies creating engaging posts and maintaining a consistent brand voice across various social media channels.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality and engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram and the Website.
Develop content strategies that align with the companys brand identity and target audience.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and informative content.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure the production of accurate and up-to-date content.
Monitor and analyse content performance on social media platforms making necessary adjustments to optimize engagement and reach.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in social media and the IT industry to incorporate innovative and trending content ideas.
Edit and proofread content to ensure a consistent and error-free publication.
Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of scheduled posts.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in English Communications Journalism or a related field. 4 to 7 years of proven work experience as a Content Writer preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.
Familiarity with content management systems and social media management tools.
