CRM Product Manager
We re looking for a driven hands-on CRM Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. You ll help shape and evolve our proprietary CRM platform a core product deployed across five international client locations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step beyond junior-level work and take real ownership in a fast-moving high-impact environment. About the Role You ll work closely with stakeholders designers and engineers to enhance the functionality usability and scalability of our CRM. Youll play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring that our CRM supports operational success across regions and customers.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience & Skills
2-3 years of hands-on Product Management experience in a tech-driven environment.
Prior experience in gaming gambling trading or fintech industries - MUST.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems particularly in internal product design development or optimization.
Proficient with Figma for reviewing and contributing to user experience design.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies comfortable working in Scrum or Kanban setups.
Skilled in Jira experienced in managing sprints tracking issues and maintaining product roadmaps.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Gather and refine product requirements from internal stakeholders across marketing operations support and tech teams.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog writing clear actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers QA and design teams to deliver features using Agile Scrum or Kanban.
Use Figma to review and iterate on UX flows wireframes and interface components.
Participate in sprint planning standups demos and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery and alignment.
Monitor and evaluate CRM performance across client deployments identifying areas for enhancement.
Balance feature development with long-term scalability and product integrity.
Support product rollouts internal onboarding and documentation. Stay informed on CRM best practices and trends in gaming fintech and related industries.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
Experience working with multi-tenant CRM platforms or B2B/B2B2C product setups.
Familiarity with customer lifecycle tools segmentation or automated engagement workflows.
Background in data-driven decision-making and basic analytics or reporting tools.
Understanding of the unique compliance and regulatory needs of fintech trading or gambling products
