Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand the companys affiliate program in the Forex industry.
Identify recruit and activate new affiliates and IBs (Introducing Brokers).
Build strong long-term relationships with key partners to drive quality traffic and increase acquisition.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize ROI through data analysis and strategic campaign adjustments.
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing sales and compliance to ensure affiliate strategies align with business objectives.
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulatory and brand guidelines.
Attend industry events and conferences as a representative of the company.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the Forex industry (mandatory). Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems. Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance data
