Your Role:
At Vital Farms the Strategy team is a highly collaborative joyful and driven group committed to making a meaningful and positive impact across the business. As a Manager Strategy you will play a critical role in advancing our most important initiatives and lead cross-functional strategic projects. Your work will require strong analytical thinking clear communication and the ability to foster productive collaboration across teams. You will serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and help shape the strategic direction of Vital Farms all while contributing to a team culture rooted in optimism curiosity and shared purpose.

At Vital Farms compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include but are not limited to skill levelexperience education training market demands and business needs.A reasonable estimate of the current starting annual base salary for this position is $130000 - $150000. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum end of the range would not be typical in order to allow for potential continued future salary growth.
