8-month contract (August 2025 - March 2026)
Overview of the Role:
Were seeking a skilled Business Analyst I to join our dynamic team and support critical business operations for a leading energy company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to analyze complex business processes gather requirements and drive data-driven decision making while working with cutting-edge Salesforce CRM technology. Youll be at the forefront of business transformation collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and gather comprehensive business requirements
- Conduct testing data analysis and reporting to support informed decision making
- Collaborate with business units and IT colleagues in agile development processes
- Conduct training sessions and demos for Salesforce users
- Lead medium to large project teams and mentor junior analysts
- Review and approve findings for senior management presentation
- Coordinate with other business units on strategic initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5-8 years of related business analysis experience
- 3 years of Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities
- Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Agile methodology experience
- Project management and team leadership abilities
