Basic Purpose:
Responsible for set-up mixing of drinks service and cleanup of bar area while ensuring quality service guest satisfaction assisting management in supervising staff achievement/maintenance of Seelbach Hilton Brand Standards and profit maximization.
Essential Functions:
Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by the Seelbach Hilton Brand Standards.
Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ring guest checks collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by the Seelbach Hilton policies and procedures.
Prep syrups and cocktail ingredients for the bar.
Assist management with supervising operations staff and maintaining Hilton Brand Standards.
Work with management in creating signature and seasonal cocktails.
Kepp the bar and bar area clean organized stocked and assist others in maintaining standards.
Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
Assist management with monthly inventory.
Execute conflict management and problem solving in a professional manner.
Assist management in training staff in service standards as well as product knowledge and competency.
