Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Process&StakeholderManagement:

  • Deliver/ManageKPIsandmetricsinlinewiththeprescribedtargets
  • Prioritizeandorganizeworkaccordingtobusinesspriorities.
  • Drivingprocessimprovementswithinteamforimprovedefficiencyclientexperienceorbetter risk controls
  • Periodicreviewofprocess risksandensuringadequatecontrols areinplace.
  • Meetingwithstakeholders todiscussprocessrelatedchallengesandopportunities
  • Workwithrelevant stakeholdersforeffectivelyresolvingescalations.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Manager.
  • Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change.

ResourcePlanning:

  • Forecastingandplanningofresourcerequirements
  • Manageresources efficientlythrough peaksand troughsinthebusiness cycle.
  • Ensurecontingencyplanningisinplaceforcriticalresources

PeopleManagement/Development:

  • Settingappropriategoals &expectationsfortheteamandconductingregularprogressreviews.
  • Workcloselywithindividualsandgroomthemtotheirfullpotential.
  • Assessinganddevelopingcompetencylevelstomakesureteammembershavetheexpertise needed to add value to the business.
  • performance.
  • Conduct1-1andteammeetings inlinewithOperational EngagementFramework.
  • Managingattritionandabsenteeism intheteam.
  • Monthly nominations for SPOT award and R&R
  • Conduct and document half yearly and yearly appraisals for team members. Obtain feedback from Technical Leader
