Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a Restaurant TeamLeader with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join us ahead on the reopening so if you haveexperience of leading a team in a fast paced customer focused environment andyou are looking to carve out your career in the hospitality industry; this maybe just the job for you.
The White Horse & Bower is a friendly local in the heart of London and close to the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. It is a short walk from Victoria Station St James Park and Londons famous Tate Britain so we have a very diverse customer base and a warm welcome together with great food and drink is on offer to all when you arrive.
At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count so as anambassador for our brand this role will see you supporting the management teamundertaking duty manager shifts and responsibilities and you will lead anddevelop our team to deliver an excellent level of service to our customers atevery opportunity.
If you havent got any previous hospitalityexperienceplease do not worry so long as that you possess some of thequalities outlined below we can train you and teach you everything else thatyou will need to know.
