The Senior Officer Leadership & Organisational Development is a hands-on role in Deakins dynamic L&OD team helping to boost organisational capability engagement and productivity. Youll play a key part in delivering impactful capability programs and university-wide engagement initiatives. In this role youll work closely with stakeholders and participants providing friendly timely advice and support to ensure our programs run smoothly and deliver real value.
