  • Support the Aloha Cloud SMB Channel Sales Team for the overall quality of service and performance of NCRs Restaurant Organization
  • Ensuring the relevant systems methodologies and procedures are in place to achieve NCR Voyix SMB Channel Team sales objectives
  • Support of the Incident Request Change and Escalation and Continuous Improvement processes
  • Assist with support of issues regarding service delivery such as missed SLAs hardware (shipping tracking serial numbers) billing/invoice questions and issues and team general support when engaging with Ops Support and key NCR Voyix internal teams
  • Tracking results and follow up of merchant training VAR boarding and activation
  • Analyze and report on key Support metrics based on agreed SLAs
  • Provision of accurate and timely reports and information as per agreed cadence
  • Developing a strong understanding of customer changes that may impact on NCRs Service performance
  • Driving internal meetings designed to improve service for merchant and sales for key partners
  • Be a point-of-contact for the customer relating to questions about Software Hardware Billing and Escalations
  • Be an ambassador for NCR working closely with the customer to provide effective communication on service delivery matters and building relationships to ensure effective dialogue between teams
