DescriptionThe Client Service and Delivery analystclient-facing functions utilizing the colleagues advanced skills in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance and isresponsible for a blend of internal delivery activities. The analyst is responsible for supporting our operations team and FINEX finance function with day to day deliverables in each of these areas. This role works in conjunction with our placement teams within FINEX as well as with NA operations and finance.
The Analyst is expected to have a strong understanding of financial lines billing service operations and compliance needs.
As a Client Service Analyst you are expected to have:
- Basic invoicing skills and familiarity with Willis accounting/reporting system experience
- Basic account management skills and demonstrated experience
- Ability to adapt to change
- Solid organization skills

The Role
- Coordination with internal and external contacts to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Work with placement teams on financial reporting pipelining and forecasting
- Coordinate new business forecasting/pipelining with sales ops teams
- Contribute to defining documentation that is accurate and WEM compliant and managing template requirements
- Work with Client Advocates and Placement Specialists to ensure that Client needs are being met and that any technical issues are actioned / resolved promptly
- Supports the fee/compensation agreement and overall client invoicingprocesses
- Assist with the resolution of complex billing/invoicing queries
- Ensures all policy requirements (legal regulatory & compliance) are met
- Client-level coordination & management of all service delivery (GSD)
- Engage Service Liaisons (Subject Matter Expert or Client Operations Specialist) on escalations
- Liaise with all relevant internal operational executives and groups who provide support on and accountability for operational efficiency accuracy and excellence
- Responsible forcoordinationof all service delivery activities such as audits completing second pair of eyes review on policies resolving accounting issues managing aged receivables and bad debt surplus lines affidavits issuance of client invoicing
- Developing and maintaining operational excellence through the proactive use and management of reporting metrics
- Support the overall operational governance and decision making process for FINEX NA
- Deliver complete and accurate system data in order to benefit from accurate client data and revenue analysis
- Actively seek to improve margins through promoting and achieving operational quality and efficiency
- Ensure the applicable Practices comply with the Groups revenue recognition policies
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Targeted at least 4-6 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client spport role or demonstrated capabilities to complete role responsibilities
- Depending on the complexity of accountability to understand interpret analyze and/or present analytical models
- Business Acumen; knowledge of strategy tactics and solutions for resolving operations related challenges
- Knowledge of commercial insurance renewal end-to-end process steps and owners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to drive complex/technical conversations
- Daily management of work assignments mentoring and collaboration with team members
- Receptive to feedback; critical thinking and problem-solving skills high adaptability
- Proficient Microsoft Office and Excel skills and familiarity with other relevant online tools

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85000-$100000 USDper year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
