Job Description

What are we looking for

SentinelOne is seeking a Threat Detection and Response Services Sales Representative who displays a deep passion for and proven track record of strategic business planning and development. This person will have the responsibility for driving the next stage of growth for TDR services - specifically Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Threat Hunting and Incident Readiness and Response (IRR) - tasked with building out a direct sales channel as well as various partner-led solution channels including managed security services. They will work closely with the marketing and product teams to design and implement successful lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns and drive overall sales excellence in a competitive market. Owning the sales target for their assigned geography they will work closely with the field AEs to drive growth of these solutions.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling security services.

What will you do

The principal responsibilities for this position are to generate TDR revenue from accounts across the geography through following up on multiple lead sources developing new clients and selling directly to customers while leveraging our channel community. In this position you will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive adoption of SentinelOne TDR solutions amongst customers.
  • Articulate the value and differentiators of SentinelOne TDR showcasing how Singularity platform components (XDR Endpoint Cloud Security Identity Data Lake) deliver integrated protection and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal closure maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholdersincluding engineering marketing and delivery teamsto deliver compelling presentations customized demos and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Stay current with cybersecurity trends and SentinelOnes solution portfolio to position offerings against evolving threats and market needs.
  • Partner with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue
  • Partner with channel managers to build pipeline and grow the assigned territory
  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of SentinelOne TDR products
  • Ability to help others replicate your TDR selling motions and methods
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas

What skills and knowledge should you bring

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise security software sales or a related technical sales field.
  • Past experience delivering impacts through selling threat-based services
  • Ability to articulate the value of both platforms and services from a cybersecurity perspective
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles current threat landscape and the business impact of security incidents.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Results-driven with high levels of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment.
  • Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
  • Whatever it takes attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
  • Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of a channel-centric GTM approaches
