Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a growing international pharmaceutical company At ALK we are on a mission to improve the lives of people living with allergies and we are seeking a dedicated and driven Team Leader to join our Aseptic Manufacturing Department.
You will play a key role in ensuring the safe compliant and efficient production of high-quality medicines. In this role you will lead a team of operators and supervisors overseeing production operations and driving continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of GMP compliance and safety.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead manage and develop a team of aseptic production operators and supervisors during the fixed afternoon shift.
- Ensure safe and compliant execution of all manufacturing activities according to GMP and internal standards.
- Monitor production performance through KPI tracking process reports and continuous analysis.
- Identify talent development opportunities support employee growth and define individual and team performance goals.
- Supervise and ensure accuracy in manufacturing documentation deviations and change controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA Engineering and other departments to optimize processes.
- Support and/or lead process qualification activities and participate in improvement projects.
Your profile:
- Degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering Chemistry Pharmacy or equivalent).
- 35 years of experience in aseptic production within the pharmaceutical industry with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing best practices.
- Proficient in SAP for inventory and production control.
- Excellent skills in communication leadership and conflict management.
- High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong IT skills especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Availability to work fixed afternoon shift (15:0523:00) no rotation.
