The Nitty-Gritty of What youll be doing:
Processing part orders in a fast courteousand professional manner.
List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.
Write purchase orders for parts updaterecords and customer files.
Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.
Keep work areas clean safe and put away loose stock.
Help maintain parts catalogues price schedules and other bulletins.
Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.
A great attitude will get you 90% there for the rest were looking for:
Experience in Supply Chain Receiving Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.
Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal retail & wholesale customers.
Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment.- A passion for automobiles and accessories.
Has the knowledge and know-how around parts and computer software systems.
Youre customer driven and bring an outgoing personality - in-person and over the phone.
Youve got a keen eye for detail - ensuring all paperwork and reports are accurate and fully completed.
