Job Description
- Develop and implement detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource
allocation.
- Identify and address key problem areas in engineering processes and systems ensuring
timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders providing regular project
updates and managing expectations.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment effective collaboration and
optimal performance.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to
minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects providing regular reports
and analysis to stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices within the team fostering a
culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize the use of resources including personnel tools and budget to maximize project
efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are
a plus.
- Strong technical expertise with an understanding of cloud systems like AWS ans Azure
system architecture and engineering principles.
- Exceptional project management skills including planning scheduling and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving
issues.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with performance metrics and reporting ensuring transparency and accountability
in project execution
