Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director - Investment Sales to lead and grow our Investment Sales platform in South Australia.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Investment Sales team
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue profit and market share
Actively promote the business both internally and externally including participation in industry functions and networking opportunities
Work closely with Marketing Business Development and other internal teams to identify and pursue new opportunities
Ensure budgeted financial objectives are met or exceeded
Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and guiding team members
Collaborate with C&Ws national and regional teams to drive alignment and opportunity-sharing
Support continuous improvement innovation and adaptability across the team and business unit
What Were Looking For:
A property-related degree or Real Estate Sales Licence
Minimum 10 years experience in commercial property including at least 2 years in a senior agency or institutional role
Proven success in investment sales and client relationship management
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Commercial acumen with the ability to diagnose plan and execute on business priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative approach with a strong understanding of C&Ws full-service offering
