QMHP Yth Srv Human Traf

This position provides comprehensive support for MHMR Youth Center intensive programs focusing on human trafficking-related services. They assist leadership in achieving departmental goals oversee special projects for staff development and training and may supervise interns. This position delivers individualized trauma-informed and culturally competent services to youth and caregivers affected by or at risk of commercial sexual exploitation or labor trafficking. Their responsibilities encompass administrative tasks clinical support and adherence to agency standards certifications and grant activities. This position works closely with the youths clinical treatment team and reports to the Mental Health Essential Services Division ensuring effective and efficient program implementation.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education Bachelors Degree
B) Defined Education: Health and Human Services field of Applied Behavior Analysis Child Development Early Childhood Education/Intervention Education Psychology Gerontology Human Growth and Development Medicine Nursing Physician Assistant Psychology Registered Nurse Rehabilitation and Rehab Studies Social Work Sociology Special Education
C) Preferences: Spanish fluency Previous experience with human trafficking services community organization or training
D) Substitutions: None
E) Years Experience: One (1) year
F) Defined Experience: Health and Human services field
G) License/Certifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR eligible for QMHP certification
H) Special Courses: Human Trafficking courses required after onboarding
