Location: Mumbai India (on-site at ICICI HQ near Bandra-Kurla Complex)

Who you are:
Were looking for a technical problem-solver with strong communication skills who enjoys working directly with enterprise customers. This role is ideal for someone with a background in consulting or development. You wont be expected to write production code but you should feel comfortable reading and understanding technical implementations.
Candidates who have completed their tradecraft period (or onboarding/training ramp-up period for consulting roles) will be given strong preference.
What you bring:
5 years of experience in software development consulting or technical support
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with enterprise clients
Ability to manage both technical and customer-facing responsibilities
Understanding of modern software architectures deployment and operations
Experience with at least one programming language (Java C C# Python etc.)
Familiarity with databases (MongoDB Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL)
Comfort with Linux environments (Windows tuning is a plus)
Ability to work on-site at ICICIs Mumbai headquarters or travel to the location regularly
Fluency in English
What youll do:
Solve technical challenges and guide MongoDB deployments and integrations
Plan and execute consulting tasks with minimal supervision
Work closely with architects developers and operations teams
Deliver customer training and support for implementation success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Communicate risks or opportunities to project stakeholders
Success Measures:
Develop domain expertise in MongoDB and related tools
Build strong relationships with client teams
Drive successful implementations and customer satisfaction
Meet utilization and delivery benchmarks
Contribute to the teams growth and improvement
