Job Description
We are looking for 4 AWS Full Stack Developer Resources who are based out of Reston VA.
These roles are Hybrid Role with 3 Days a week to Reston Office
Long Term Contract
Roles and responsibilities:
Excellent Python and Java skills with 5 years of experience. Proficient in Angular 17 JavaScript/TypeScript.
Extensive application coding experience using native AWS services including ECS Lambda AWS Batch S3 SQS/SNS EC2 Oracle RDS and Aurora Postgres.
Expertise with implementation of security best practices in Web development. Strong skills in DB/SQL capable of writing complex queries.
Proficiency in DevOps Release Management and CI/CD frameworks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player willing to contribute build automate and innovate.
Full stack application development experience.
Database development and administration experience.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud security best practices. Experienced with build tools such as Maven and Gradle. CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitLab/Terraform
Minimum Required Experience:
7 years with Java/Spring Boot
Skilled in cloud technologies/cloud computing. 3 years AWS (including but not limited to: RDS DynamoDB Lambda Fargate S3 SNS SQS)
Building Data Streaming/Event-Driven applications using technologies such as Kinesis or Kafka
Angular (JavaScript Typescript)
SQL and NoSQL Databases
Front-End Unit Testing (Jasmine JEST etc)
Back-End Unit Testing (Junit/Mockito etc)
Test Automation (Karate Cucumber Selenium etc)
Experience with Microservices
GitLab/Terraform Basics
Docker
TDD & BDD
Understanding of SRE concepts
Security-First mindset
Excellent problem-solving strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proactive and highly collaborative.
