Job Description
- Serve as a key support for the HCB regional quality organization ensuring compliance with global and regional quality standards.
- Communicate technical quality concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply strong statistical and analytical skills to quality-related processes and problem solving.
- Manage contract manufacturing quality standards onboarding and support external partners in Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR).
- Set up and maintain new users in Image Master; oversee quality inventory movements in SAP/WMS for contract manufacturers.
- Maintain and validate changes for Image Master (IM); manage Canadian DIN finished goods releases in SAP and Blue Yonder.
- Oversee SCMS/IM interface management troubleshooting and product expiration date setup in SAP.
- Coordinate FDA systems validation management with external suppliers.
- Provide Image Master/SharePoint user training technical support and troubleshooting.
- Draft and provide GMP shelf life and other compliance letters; handle notarization and shipping as needed.
- Support customer and consumer complaint programs for finished goods.
- Collect and report monthly quality KPIs from internal sites to global teams.
- Assist with the management of finished goods holds and returns; disposition of returned materials to distribution centers.
- Perform other administrative and quality-related tasks as assigned.
