We are requesting a Data Analyst to support and enhance our leadership development programs. They will automate workflows manage and analyze learning data and build dashboards to track participation and learning outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Automating tasks such as participant communications and data entry using tools like Power Automate.
Collecting and managing data from Microsoft Forms Excel Outlook and Teams.
Building and maintaining dashboards to show participation and learning outcomes using tools like Power BI.
Documenting processes and training team members on tools and dashboards.
Job Summary:
Were looking for a Data Analyst to support and enhance our leadership development programs. In this role youll automate workflows manage and analyze learning data and build dashboards to track participation and learning outcomes. Youll also play a key role in supporting manual processes during our transition to automation ensuring a smooth and effective rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate tasks such as participant communications and data entry using tools like Power Automate.
- Collect and manage data from Microsoft Forms Excel Outlook and Teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards to show participation and learning outcomes using tools like Power BI.
- Document processes and train team members on tools and dashboards.
- Support manual processes during automation rollouts.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools or similar platforms including:
- Power Automate or Zapier
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Power BI or Tableau
- Microsoft Forms or Google Forms
- Strong communication collaboration and adaptability skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Information Systems Business or a related field.
2 years of experience in a data or automation-focused role.
