Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Clerk Typist to join our administrative team. This position will be responsible for typing and transcribing documents emails and other correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Typing and transcribing documents accurately and efficiently
Proofreading and editing documents for errors
Managing and organizing electronic files and documents
Communicating effectively with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents
Adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies


Skills:
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Requirements

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a typist or clerk
Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite


Requirements and Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school degree.
