Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
Monitor production workflows and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the production process.
Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and production resources by coordinating with procurement and inventory teams.
Prepare and maintain accurate production reports including output material usage and downtime logs.
Assist in troubleshooting production-related issues and initiating corrective actions.
Train and guide production operators and junior staff on operational standards and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S Kaizen Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant data and documentation.
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Industrial or Production Engineering (or a related discipline).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards is preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
Proficiency in using production software (e.g. ERP SAP MES).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
