Job Description
This is a remote position.
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM Chicago IL time
- Includes 1-hour unpaid break
- Develop project scope of work documents for projects in bidding
- Cost analysis of materials and labor estimates in an organized manner
- Projects may be machinery and components or Construction related
- Outreach to known vendors for component and material costing
- Team communication for determining project time
- Develop standardized costing and pricing tools in bidding
- Construction support and quality monitoring
Requirements
- High level of competency in a related technical field (Architecture or Engineering)
- Technical competence to understand project drawings and specifications
- Ability to collaborate with design and sales to breakdown project tasks and estimated expenses
- Excellent written English language skills
- High level user skills in MS word and Excel
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu
