Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration Development: Design develop and implement integrations between Workday and internal/external applications including Human Capital Management Talent Management Talent Acquisition Advanced Compensation Benefits and Payroll.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as Reports Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Studio Worksheets and Web Services to deliver effective solutions.
  • Functional Knowledge: Apply functional knowledge of Core HCM and Security Modules to support system configurations and enhancements.
  • Payroll Integration: Leverage experience in Payroll integrations to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of the Workday system.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the HRIT team providing technology solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
  • Business Problem Solving: Identify assess and solve complex business problems related to Workday integrations ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization.
  • Project Support: Support project deliverables by demonstrating business knowledge and ensuring that all requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Feature Evaluation: Provide insights and points of view on new features introduced in Workday releases assessing their impact on current functionality and recommending necessary adjustments.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status solutions and any concerns to stakeholders ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the process.
  • Solution Design: Design and implement solutions to address highly complex technical and business challenges ensuring that all solutions are scalable and sustainable.


Requirements

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday with a strong focus on integration and HCM processes. Workday Certification in Integration is a must.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Workday integration tools (Reports EIB Core Connectors Studio Worksheets Web Services) and functional knowledge of Core HCM and Security Modules.
  • Payroll Knowledge: Experience with Payroll integrations is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide strategic insights.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
