Plan direct and coordinate organization s operations in line with new company setups license renewal compliance and regulatory body approvals including but not limited to new setups conversions sponsored and non-sponsored clients.
Ensure that all company information is correctly updated in software.
Work with Visa Operations department as a support mechanism when required which would include but is not limited to sourcing information or also performing tasks on behalf of the department in departments such as MOL Immigration and Freezones.
Clear and concise communication with internal and external customers on requirements and status of the projects.
Improve performance productivity and profitability Client Service Delivery
Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
Develop effective relationships with external suppliers embassies and consulates to ensure full understanding of services and effective delivery; this will include visiting embassies DED DM and other relevant departments.
Maintain competent understanding of company s products their functions and alternatives.
Adopt a customer service approach (internal and external customers) ensuring a clear understanding of what to expect from the process they are going through and receive regular updates
Offer productive solutions to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service
Always strive to deliver the best quality service to our clients and understand individual needs.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in customer service
High level of English Proficiency to collaborate with foreigners.
Ability to think critically and provide solutions to problems
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple assignments
Good communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Maintains high standards and keeps commitments
