Experience
Experience in content strategy or related roles 5-7 years required and Experience in a healthcare setting 2-3 years preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong writing editing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEO best practices).
- Experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance issues (e.g. HIPAA).
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including superior writing and editing skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Familiarity with digital content creation tools
- Familiarity with digital analytics and experience applying data to optimize content performance
- Proven professional able to work effectively with a variety of personality types and job levels
- Ability to move quickly in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Proven initiative self-direction
