Job Description

Senior Title Coordinator New York

Flatbush - Brooklyn NY or Lakewood NJ - In-Office

95 - 120K DOE


Department: Closing Department - New York (Residential & Commercial)

We are hiring a Senior Title Coordinator to join our New York teamsomeone with the horsepower to manage both residential and commercial transactions at a high level. This role demands full mastery of complex title deals including multi-parcel multi-party and high-dollar closings.

Requirements:

  • Min of 23 years of experience handling both residential and commercial New York title files.

  • Deep understanding of New York title practices including clearance endorsements and lender requirements.

  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes commercial transactions independently.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication you dont hesitate to pick up the phone or handle a room.

  • Cool under pressure organized and proactive. You know how to keep deals moving without being micromanaged.
