What You Will Get To Do:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF) requirements by providing security expertise documentation support and audit preparation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to advise on security control requirements
• Collaborate with external HITRUST assessors and auditors throughout the certification process
• Support preparation for future HITRUST AI certification initiatives Perform security risk assessments gap analyses and control reviews for pharmacy and medical claims processing systems and data flows to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend remediation
• Monitor security incidents and coordinate incident response activities Support penetration testing and remediation activities
• Review and assess security architecture for new systems and applications
• Support Business Associate Agreement (BAA) reviews and vendor security assessments
• Contribute to ongoing security awareness training and communication initiatives across the health organization

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Information Security Cybersecurity Information Systems or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in information security preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Previous experience with HIPAA HITECH HITRUST CSF NIST and other healthcare security and privacy regulations
• Experience with risk management frameworks security assessments and audit support Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly document and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Certifications (Preferred) - CISSP CISA CISM or equivalent security certification
• Healthcare-specific certifications (CHPS HCISPP) a plus
