Job Description
- Perform in-process analytical bioassay sample testing to support both early and late-stage protein cell and gene therapy programs.
- Support method qualifications validations and critical reagent qualifications.
- Be familiar with basic laboratory techniques including but not limited to aseptic expansion of mammalian cell culture and routine analytical procedures such as ELISAs PCR cell-based assays and flow cytometry.
- Document analytical testing procedures and results in the electronic laboratory notebook.
- Be responsible for data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Biology or Engineering or other related field with 3 years industry experience OR Relevant Masters degree OR PhD with 1 year industry experience
- Pipetting (single and multi-channel pipettes)
- Flow Cytometry
- Aseptic Technique
- Cell Culture
- qPCR
- ELISA/Immunoassays
- Experience working in BSL-2 labs
- Experience with GMP procedures
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Flexibility to travel between Malvern and Spring House (10% of your time)
Additional Information :
This position is Full-Time Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern PA are encourage to apply. Flexibility to travel between Malvern and Spring House (10% of your time) may be required.
