Job Description

As a Client Projects Manager youll play a key role in supporting the growth and retention of our Defined Contribution (DC) business. If youre passionate about project management client engagement and making a real impact wed love to hear from you.

What youll be doing:

  • Leading and managing client projects from initiation to completion using structured project methodologies
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders by organising meetings preparing agendas and tracking actions
  • Supporting asset transfers into Legal & General across DC workplace products and investment-only propositions
  • Collaborating with distribution colleagues to contribute to new business opportunities and client pitches
  • Partnering with operations communications and change teams to deliver seamless project execution
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation plans and management information in real time
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring clients receive clear accurate information aligned with our distribution strategy and regulatory standards

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

  • Proven experience in project management ideally within financial services or pensions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with confidence in presenting to clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools
  • A proactive solutions-focused approach with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Professional qualifications such as Prince2 or Agile PM (or working towards them) are desirable
