As a Client Projects Manager youll play a key role in supporting the growth and retention of our Defined Contribution (DC) business. What youll be doing:
- Leading and managing client projects from initiation to completion using structured project methodologies
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders by organising meetings preparing agendas and tracking actions
- Supporting asset transfers into Legal & General across DC workplace products and investment-only propositions
- Collaborating with distribution colleagues to contribute to new business opportunities and client pitches
- Partnering with operations communications and change teams to deliver seamless project execution
- Maintaining and updating project documentation plans and management information in real time
- Conducting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement
- Ensuring clients receive clear accurate information aligned with our distribution strategy and regulatory standards
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Proven experience in project management ideally within financial services or pensions
- Strong communication and influencing skills with confidence in presenting to clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools
- A proactive solutions-focused approach with a drive for continuous improvement
- Professional qualifications such as Prince2 or Agile PM (or working towards them) are desirable
