Job Description
Step into a pivotal leadership role where youll guide mid-to-large commercial projects from initial concept and proposal development right through to final close-out. Drawing on your hands-on general contracting (GC) experience youll craft strategic creative client-focused proposals define scopes and schedules and manage budgets to deliver exceptional results.
As a mentor and coach youll empower project managers and coordinators to raise their game foster strong partnerships with clients and subcontractors and drive continuous improvements in safety quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial projects (roughly $30 M in scope)
- Craft compelling proposals and methodologies that win work and clearly articulate whats in it for the client
- Implement estimating input subtrade buy-outs contracts change-order controls and robust forecasts
- Mentor project managers coordinators superintendents and support staffdevelop tomorrows leaders today
- Foster client consultant and subcontractor relationships that drive repeat business and strong referrals
- Embed continuous improvement: streamline processes reinforce safety best practices capture lessons learned
Qualifications :
Who You Are
- 8 years general contractor experience on mid-to-large commercial builds; 5 years in a direct PM role
- Proven cradle-to-grave track recorddesign constructability input estimating through close-out
- Relentlessly ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset you set bold targets pursue new opportunities and drive transformative growth
- Projects consistently meet or exceed budget schedule and quality targets
- Teams view you as their SME and primary coach
- Exceptional communicator and negotiatorteams and clients seek you out as their go-to authority
- Strategic mentor with a solutions-first mindset
- Positive client feedback and new work opportunities generated through your leadership

- Valid drivers license and readiness to balance office and client-site work
