Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AIML Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support the development implementation and optimization of AI/ML-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams mentor junior staff and drive innovation in complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development:
- Design and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics process automation and optimization.
- Oversee the lifecycle of machine learning projects from ideation to deployment.
2. Technical Leadership:
- Provide strategic guidance on AI/ML technologies frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
3. Content and Process Support:
- Work closely with trainers to prepare technical content for AI training programs.
- Assist in defining technical process flows and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Establish feedback loops to refine and enhance AI/ML models.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement updates to improve efficiency and accuracy.
5. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Share domain knowledge to strengthen the teams technical capabilities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch etc.) and programming languages (Python R etc.).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure OCI etc.) for AI/ML model deployment.
- Expertise in designing solutions for diverse industries and business challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
