Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team and ensuring our guests receive a memorable dining experience.
Working Hours:
Full time 40 hours per week across 5 days
Shifts may vary to include mornings evenings weekends and event days
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations across the bar restaurant and event spaces
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver high standards of service
- Welcome and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with staff training and development to uphold service quality
- Ensure hygiene health & safety and licensing regulations are maintained
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues effectively
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality or F&B
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations including events and functions
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Pay: From 12.60 per hour
Expected Hours: No less than 40 per week
