Associate Account Manager
FULL TIME / HYBRID / SAN DIEGO CA

THE WORK
- Partner with Account Managers on day-to-day client communications and updates
- Coordinate timelines assets and deliverables across multiple projects
- Ensure all creative work is buttoned up on-brand and client-ready
- Help lead internal and client-facing meetings including building agendas and follow-ups
- Work with media partners to promote assets and track performance
- Assist in monthly billing and time tracking to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting

- Knows tools like ClickUp Dropbox Google Analytics Meta Ads
- 12 years of experience in an advertising marketing or creative agency
