The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process for corporate roles across different position types (i.e. PRN part-time full-time/direct hire etc.). This position will be responsible for finding and hiring qualified candidates for positions in the corporate structure including but not limited to accounting finance sales marketing human resources legal leadership and corporate support.
Daily activities involve interaction with a wide variety of individuals within Concentra as well as active and passive candidates. The position should influence positive behavior in others by serving as a role model in critical areas of human interaction teamwork and leadership. This position is expected to work effectively with all employees i.e. management and supporting departments to promote effective recruitment strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals and to foster a work environment that demonstrates respect and understanding for diversity.
