Job Description
Description of the role:
As an Automotive Product Specialist at Joyce Koons Automotive in Manassas VA you will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge to customers and assisting them in choosing the right automotive products for their needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right automotive products
Provide in-depth product knowledge and features
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any product-related issues
Maintain a thorough understanding of the automotive industry and trends
Requirements:
Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of automotive products and industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Open to working flexible hours including weekends.
Eager to quickly learn new products and improve skills in an ever evolving marker
Excellent communication with both customers and coworkers.
Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Valid drivers license with a clean record.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
