Job Description

Position Summary
The Office of Professional Education within the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy is looking for a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant. This position involves working closely with various stakeholders within the Office of Professional Education to support the units exam proctoring needs. The primary responsibilities include overseeing assessments for students requiring accommodations while ensuring compliance with academic integrity standards. The proctor will monitor students in a quiet testing environment to uphold fair testing practices and collaborate with full-time staff and faculty for instructions and guidance. Duties also involve distributing and collecting testing materials and related documents as well as preparing the exam space. Availability for early morning exams which are most common and assistance throughout the day as needed are essential for this role.
