Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator & Analyst
Reports to: Director of Sales
Location: Toronto ON
Industry: Food & Beverage
Employment Type: 12 Month Contract


Ace Beverage Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator & Analyst reporting directly into our Director of Sales! This role works closely with an incredible team of Territory Managers across Canada as well as cross-functionally with every department at ABG. The successful candidate will gain exposure to areas across the business often liaising between them to execute our plan. This role primarily works out of our Toronto office but also supports our sales team in-field when required. Were looking for someone who is incredibly organized has strong analytics skills loves taking initiative and is willing to dive into any task across the company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide timely analytical and logistical support for Territory Managers across Eastern Canada enabling them to win in the field
  • Compile reports & share sales insights for individuals across the company
  • Complete trade marketing applications and assist with program execution
  • Lead back-end administration for customers across Eastern Canada
  • Assist with in-field deliveries merchandising and program execution in Ontario
  • Prepare internal and customer presentations
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales-related activities
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required


Job Requirements and Competencies
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to be at our Toronto office 4 days a week
  • Hold a valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Strong business acumen & analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of statistics
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Is a highly competitive team player known for taking initiative and working incredibly hard
