We are a prestigious award-winning restaurant seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Nestled in a beautiful countryside setting our venue is renowned for its innovative seasonal menus and commitment to using the finest local ingredients.
Assist the Head Chef in creating and delivering exceptional dishes
Manage daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff fostering a positive and collaborative environment
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
Contribute to menu development bringing creativity and flair to our offerings
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant
Strong knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Passion for locally sourced sustainable ingredients
