Ideal Candidate will have previous customer service and hospitality experience open availability prior experience working at a hotel front desk is required.
Shift Pattern:Open availability and Weekend/holiday availability are required. Between the hours of 7am - 11pm
Pay Rate:$21.58

What will I be doing
Greet guests warmly and offer personalized assistance upon arrival.
Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive high-touch service.
Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments.
Assist with VIP services group arrivals and special events.
Monitor lobby conditions and report any issues to housekeeping or maintenance.
Ensure guest safety by observing and reporting any suspicious activity.
Support emergency procedures and assist guests during evacuations if needed.
