Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design build and deploy generative AI systems tailored to meet customer missions.
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions including problem definition data preparations model development performance evaluation and deployment.
- Continuously optimize the performance of models and systems through iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with Program Managers Subject Matter Experts Architects Product Designers and Data Scientists to translate customer needs into scalable mission-ready AI solutions.
- Conduct research and create prototypes to explore emerging AI technologies and innovative applications.
- Demonstrate excellence in Data Science and AI engineering mentor juniors and foster innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.
- 1 year of experience developing products or functional prototypes using LLMs and RAG technologies.
- Expertise in generative AI frameworks such as GAN GPT and LangChain.
- Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for generative models.
- Proficiency in Python Java or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create design documents technical reports and presentations for varied audiences.
- Top Secret Clearance Required
Preferred Experience:
- MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or related discipline.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) for ML workloads.
- Familiarity with tools and practices for data engineering and data management.
- Experience in short-release cycles and the full software lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile development methodology (Scrum).
