Job Description
Duxbury Public Schools Department Coordinator

Duxbury Public Schools is seeking exceptional candidates for the following positions for the 2025-2026 school year:
- K-12 Art Coordinator
- Physical Education Coordinator
- Early Childhood Coordinator
- Nurse Leader
Position Requirements:
- One year appointment
- Interested candidates must have professional status and should submit a letter of interest to Dr. Elizabeth Wilcox Assistant Superintendent.
The Coordinators position is a stipend position reporting to the Building Administration and Assistant Superintendent. The K-12 Coordinator will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Facilitate monthly department meetings
- Facilitate discussion and development of K-12 scope and sequence as applicable
- Facilitate discussion of a vision and programmatic goals for the department
- Facilitate discussion of professional development for the department
- Facilitate discussion of scheduling and staffing needs with building administrators
- Facilitate budget development with building administrators
- Liaison with the K-12 subject and elementary curriculum supervisors
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent.
